How I Work
Lara Emilie Wieser Art sells two types of products
Handmade products, made, packaged and shipped by me.
Print on demand products, designed by me; fulfilled, packaged and shipped by a carefully selected print on demand company
Print on demand products are most of the items I sell. The advantage for me is that I do not have to store anything or organise the production and shipping. Once I have chosen a company and tested their product to ensure its quality, I design the product and its variants. When you order it, it is sent to you directly by the company.
This enables me to reduce the carbon footprint of my products because the goods are produced in various countries, usually close to you, and don’t travel as much as they would otherwise. They are also often delivered more quickly than if I shipped them myself from Switzerland. It also means there is no waste, as the product is created when you order it only. However, as not all items are produced everywhere, you might receive your order in several packages, depending on the items you purchased.
Please bear in mind however that I have no influence over any fulfilment, shipping or delivery delay that may arise. If you encounter any type of problem with your order, don’t hesitate to contact me and I will clarify the situation with the company as soon as possible.
Please note that colours may vary slightly from the pictures depending on the calibration of your monitor.
Processing and shipping time depends on the items you order and the country your order from.
Handmade products are usually fulfilled and shipped as soon as physically possible, at most within 2 working days, unless otherwise specified.
Print on demand orders are usually fulfilled within 1 to 4 working days (6 for apparel).
Shipping time and delivery
Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address. If a product cannot be delivered because of an inaccurate shipping address, a refund is not guaranteed.
Handmade products are usually shipped as soon as physically possible. Several shipping options are usually available depending on your country.
Print on demand shipping usually takes between 1 and 6 working days, depending on the product you order and your country.
Please note these are estimated and not guaranteed. International orders can sometimes take longer to arrive, especially during busy times like Christmas.
Please make sure to order early to avoid disappointment!
After an item is shipped, things move beyond my control. Shipping is affected by many outside influences like strikes and COVID-19. Also, I cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss caused by the transporter.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I do not take responsibility for delays due to custom procedures.
Cancellations, returns and exchanges
Cancellations are only accepted if the order has not been sent to production yet. This usually means that if you write to me the same day you have placed the order, I will be able to cancel it.
For items I ship personally, cancellations will be accepted until the item is shipped.
For print on demand items, cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been sent to production. In any case, I will do my best to contact the procedure and attempt to cancel the order (for a refund), but be aware that there are no guarantees there.
Returns & exchanges
If you receive a misprinted or faulty product, contact me within 7 days of receiving the item. Please include some photo evidence of the item’s improper condition and I will organise a replacement or a refund.
As I am a small shop, I do not normally accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind and the product was received in good condition. However, if you are not satisfied with a product you purchased, please contact me within 7 days and I will do my best to find a mutually agreeable solution.
In the exceptional case I accept a return for a non-faulty product, please note the following:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and appropriate packaging.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value and a full refund is not guaranteed.
What data do we collect?
We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.
How do we collect data?
When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.
We collect data and process data when you:
Register online or place an order for any of our products or services.
Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email

We may also receive your data indirectly from other sources such as Instagram or Facebook.
How will we use your data?

How do we store your data?
Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our terms and conditions, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you.
